A 50-YEAR JOURNEY
The history of Major begin in 1972 as a C&M manufacturer, highly specialized in sportswear made in technical fabrics. Over the years, the range of fabrics has expanded, along with the company’s expertise. In order to meet the demands of different type of customers, the company has transitioned from C&M to a Full Package Service, literally starting from an interpretation of the proto sketch to the final bulk delivery according to the quality standards requested by the market.
Today, Major operates as a family-owned business with a slim and flexible organization.
The company focuses on outerwear, dresses, and trousers for both women and men, showing an high expertise in dyeing and washing techniques, as well as an incredible attention in technical details and innovative research.
Based in Thiene, Vicenza in Northern Italy, Major occupies a 3000 square meter facility and employs 25 staff members.
Production is primarily managed thru certified subcontractors located in Italy, all of them are evaluated under the Responsible Sourcing Workplace assessment.
